Returning an Item

Please follow the instructions below when returning an item:

  1. Call a Customer Care representative to obtain a return number to efficiently process your request.
  2. Write this return number on the original invoice (if you have it) and the outside of the return shipping package.
  3. If you have a copy of your original invoice, please include it along with a short note explaining why you’re returning the product. We thank you in advance for this information to help us improve our products. If you don’t have the original invoice, simply include your name as it appeared on the invoice along with your address and order number.
  4. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  5. All return shipping charges are your responsibility and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or U.S.P.S. for your return and also keep a copy of any shipping information for your own records.
  7. Ship the return package to:

  8. You can expect a refund for the full amount of the product (in the same form of payment that you originally used for the purchase) within 30-days after we receive your returned product. In most cases, refunds will appear on your credit card within 10 days.

OGO Shipping Policy

OGO ships to households across the United States. We plan to begin shipping to International locations as soon as our resources permit.

It’s important to us that you receive your product order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping method is UPS ground, although faster shipping options are available at additional cost. Check your OGO shopping cart for all the options and to estimate costs to ship to your specific zip-code. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive your OGO products within 5-6 business days for standard shipping.
